Location: London/Hybrid (required office attendance once per week)

Manager Says:

The Team Leader will be responsible for the Websure PAS cashiering, the runoff ‘ex Corant’ PAS systems and the team for those functions. Ensuring a high level of accuracy and achieving deadlines to ensure FCA compliance.

To ensure day to day compliance with the systems and controls, established by the firm and to ensure compliance with FCA Rules CASS 5.4

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the Team with any queries they encounter.
  • Ensure critical daily cashiering deadlines achieved.
  • Ensure NST Bank Reconciliations are generated.
  • Covering workload of the Team during holiday / sickness (include receipts posting, generating NST payments & building bank templates)
  • Action monthly 121s with Team
  • Escalating any problems to Head of Finance / Head of Finance Operations / Client Money Manager
  • Liaise with the Specialty Treasury Team and other Depts outside of the Finance Dept.
  • Assisting with the External Audits (Financial and CASS Audits)
  • Ad hoc as per Head of Finance / Head of Finance Operations

 

Compliance:

Comply with relevant legal, regulatory and Ardonagh Specialty compliance requirements, Errors and Omissions (E&O) compliance procedures and quality initiatives.

 

Skills Required:

  • Develop and sustain good working relationships with internal and external clients.
  • Ability to work supportively and jointly with colleagues.
  • Confident and effective communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure when necessary.
  • Ability to prioritise and organise own workload to ensure that deadlines are adhered to
  • Accurate data input skills
  • Expert in Websure PAS system
  • Experience in Brokasure, GXB, TWINS PAS systems.
  • Excel
