Job Title: Client Service Advocate (Processing/Fulfilment/Operations)

We are looking for a skilled professional to support a major and fast-growing international Price Forbes office. In this role, you will be assigned to the UK Fulfilment Team, assisting offshore trading teams with various operational and fulfilment tasks. You will serve as a key link between the front and back office, working independently in a fast-paced commercial environment and collaborating with colleagues across different time zones. Occasional travel to our international office may be offered.

Location: Predominantly a remote role, with the expectation of occasional in-person meetings in the London office. A local office in Essex, England may also be utilized if desired.

The candidate will support a leading international Price Forbes office, assisting trading teams with a wide range of operational and fulfilment tasks. They will act as an important conduit between the front and back office, supporting trading team and overseeing post-placement servicing.

The candidate will work and think independently in a fast-paced commercial environment. They will be comfortable working with colleagues at all levels of seniority and assist their trading colleagues from a different time zone. Opportunities for occasional travel to the international office are likely to be offered

What you will do:

  • Monitoring the renewal pipeline through our company system Monday.com.
  • Assisting with client due diligence (KYC).
  • Assisting the company’s clients and carriers with their own due diligence needs, by completing questionnaires, and providing relevant information on the company to our counterparties.
  • Monitoring inboxes for each team to streamline tasks.
  • Working with other fulfilment teams within the business.
  • Monitoring Premium Payment Warranties (PPWs) alongside IBA; liaising with clients on any premium/payment queries.
  • Drafting Evidence of Covers, for hand-off to trading teams.
  • Following-up with underwriters for policy documentation.
  • Supporting trading teams with e-filing.
  • Maintaining, and being responsible for, the entry and accuracy of data into company systems (Global XB and Brokasure).
  • Drafting endorsement templates, for hand-off to trading teams.
  • Assisting Head of Processing and Fulfilment with ad-hoc duties.
  • Releasing premium and endorsement invoices to clients and carriers.
  • Assisting with IBA/Credit Control duties (unallocated cash) and liaising with teams on any new complexed policies bound.
  • Account reconciliations.
  • Produce first-draft slips for trading teams.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Previous experience in an operations/technical-orientated role within the insurance industry (London/International Markets).
  • 2 years’ experience in a technical insurance role is preferred
  • Demonstrable knowledge and experience handling slips and binders.
  • Experience with North American Property, Casualty and Professional Lines business highly desirable.
  • Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Suite of applications with strong skills in Excel.
