Context for the Role:

To be responsible and lead on renewing our systems landscape within the HR function along with improving the employee and manager experience with the support of this role. To ensure effective service provision that aligns with the business operating model.

Purpose of the Role:

To be responsible for the design and delivery of the HR system roadmap having collected requirements from users.  To also own the overall HR systems map and drive simplification and continuous improvement in both the processes and systems configuration and reporting, thereby improving both the business insight and employee/ manager experience.  To work with the IT, Risk and Compliance and Finance departments to ensure the most benefit from the data within the systems within the broader company infrastructure.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 3-5 years of HR data and system related experience. Prior experience in HRIS System Manager and Projects Specialist role.
  • Experience in HR tech projects and continuous improvement of HR process. Good working knowledge of HRIS systems
  • Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role.
  • Strong project planning and implementation skills. Experience working across various countries in EMEA and implementing projects at a regional level.
  • International experience, working with multiple stakeholders

  • Analytical skills, a keen eye and exceptional attention to detail
  • Track record of strong business partnership and cross functional collaboration
  • Can operate well under pressure within a dynamic, fast paced environment
  • Strong planning and project management skills
